Hello, everyone!
Today I played with the I Love You More stamp set by MFT. The watercolor background was created with Distress Inks in seedless preserves，salty ocean and cracked pistachio， and then droplets of water were applied to “bleach” some of the color. I love this technique.

Hi everyone,
I guest design for Mixed Media Mojo this month and today I have a project tutorial to share. Hope you like it!

I start by creating a quick tissue tape collage by tearing strips of tape and adhering them to a milk paper. Then covered all with gesso. In the lower left and upper right corner adding die-cut.

I dabbed a variety of Distress paint and Dabber over to add colour. Sprinkle the gold texture spray.

Attached the burlap to the cardstock and die cut #8 tag shape. Place layering stencil over burlap and apply texture paste through part of the stencil.Let it dry. Ink over area with distress ink.

Stamp the images，color them using Distress ink and Distress marker. Cut them down.

Sending thanks from the heart

Hi everyone,

I made a simply card using the stencil and stamp by Simon Says Stamps! Hope you like it!

I ink distressing white card stock with distress inks, spritzed some water on a stencil and pressed it on the inked surface.When I lifted the stencil, the wet portion took away the color and left behind a "ghost" image. After drying the surface with a heat gun, I embossed the sentiment and added some hearts punched and butterfly die-cuted from silver card stock.

May Guest Designer at Mixed Media Mojo

Hi everyone,
I was honored to have been chosen as the May Guest Designer at Mixed Media Mojo.

The challenge will be up for the entire month of May and features "tic tac toe"and the twist (optional) is to use all the items on the board.

For my project I used Gesso, Stencil and Chipboard from the Tic Tac Toe Board. I always have fun to create mixed media canvases to decorate my craft room. I decide to create a mixed media canvas with flowers and butterfly to display on the wall of my craft room.

Here is my brief tutorial.

I made the texture with Gesso, Applied INKA GOLD mixed with water and Dylusions Ink Spray CALYPSO TEAL to make the background.

Rub the paint with stencil and baby wipes.

Stamp the honeycomb pattern and added burlap, lace and metal embellishment on this canvas.

Die cut these butterfly and flower ,and color the butterly, flower, burlap,lace with different shades of Lindy's sprays.
