HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY

Hi everyone, this month， we have a fun challenge over at More Than Words. Our art journal challenge has two parts, please use both prompts to inspire you:

Word Inspiration: Face

Creative Challenge: Monoprinting

I'm looking forward to seeing what you all come up with...have fun everyone & happy creating!

Here is my inspiration for the November Main Challenge. The background was created with monoprint paper I made with my Gelli plate and the face was made with Dina Wakley's stencil and Black Gesso.  It's so fun to play with many stencils this time. 

Here is a simple tutorial about the background: 

1. The monoprint papers were made with my Gelli plate, stencil, and acrylic paints.

2. The face was made with Dina Wakley's stencil and Black Gesso. 

3. Added some textures with the stencils and white ink pad, Distress Crayon.
