Hi everyone,

Happy Chinese New Year! It’s been freezing in Taipei, but luckily it didn’t rain. I used the Stencil Emboss Resist technique during this holiday to make a card. I hope you like it.

About the background, I taped the COUNT ME IN stencil on the watercolor paper. I pressed my VersaMark ink pad over the stencil. Then I applied clear embossing powder to the area and heat set it. I added color to the card by using Distress Sprays. 

I used Sizzix Thinlits Die Set Tailored, Faceted Heart, and Switchlits Embossing Folder Seal by Tim Holtz as the main points.

PURPLE and ORANGE

Hi everyone，

This is the new challenge at More Than Words. We have one main theme to inspire you and this month it's about Using Purple or Orange. It's getting in touch with nature, outdoors, walking in the woods, nature generally, well-being, forest bathing, etc. I'm looking forward to seeing what you all come up with...have fun everyone & happy creating!

I used both PURPLE and ORANGE. The combination of these two colors creates a mysterious atmosphere.

Hi everyone, this month the theme of our online swap of ATC is "Thanks".

I placed the Silver Foil Cardstock into the Texture Fades and run through the embossing machine. Then apply black Distress paint to the surface and wipe off excess paint with a dry paper towel. Background completion. Hope you like it.
