Hi everyone,
It's a fun day, because I try a new technique today. Let me show you how I made this canvas.


First, I gessoed the canvas. Next I mixed Gel Medium and Paperartsy Infusions, painted all over the canvas. Let it dry, and..... the color changed after dry.


I used a Crafter's Workshop stencil and some embossing paste and a palet knife to added some texture in the center.


Then, I mixed shell sand and Glass Bead Glitter Gel and added the texture on the bottom. Embossing the edage and added Mica Flakes and glass glitter.

This is my little tutorial, hope you like it.

    Ann, your canvas is stunning! The background you created has a wonderful 'wood' look about it and the colours look beautiful together. The edging you created with the beads and sand is gorgeous and all the detail at the bottom really does look like the sea floor and the stencilled seahorse is wonderful! I love this beautiful canvas!
